The USS Chesapeake was one of the Original Six Frigates, as was the USS Constitution. The British captured the USS Chesapeake, and eventually the timbers from the ship found there way into the Chesapeake Mill. Since I live fairly close to the USS Constitution, it just seemed fitting that I pay her sister a visit.
